As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting aerospace manufacturing operations by developing, improving, and sustaining manufacturing processes while driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and operational performance. You will work directly with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and other cross-functional teams to improve process capability, manufacturing flow, productivity, and overall production readiness.
In this role, you will combine industrial engineering principles with hands-on process engineering support. You will evaluate manufacturing processes, equipment, workflow, capacity, labor utilization, and process performance to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, repeatability, and control. You will also support process development, engineering trials, process qualifications, troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and implementation of manufacturing improvements.
This role may support manufacturing and special processes including aluminum brazing, vacuum brazing, heat treatment, machining, hardware installation, assembly, cleaning, coatings, and product testing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys working directly with manufacturing operations, analyzing complex processes, and implementing sustainable improvements within a highly regulated aerospace environment.
