Requirements

- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing processes, production, and/or new product introduction.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and sustain manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- →Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, process documentation, and work instructions.
- →Troubleshoot production and quality issues, supporting root cause analysis and nonconformance investigations.
- →Support new product introduction, including First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and engineering change implementation.
- →Identify and implement cost and cycle-time reduction initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- →Support special process qualifications, equipment validation, and manufacturing process documentation.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement projects.
- →Provide technical support for production teams, ensuring safe and effective manufacturing operations.
- →Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
