Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) is a world leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of focal plane arrays and flight-based vision systems supporting a myriad of defense, surveillance, space, and weather tracking applications. We have an immediate opportunity for a Manufacturing Execution System Analyst to join our team in Goleta, California.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Analyze manufacturing business processes and convert operational requirements into scalable Eyelit MES models and workflows.
- →Translate manufacturing requirements provided by manufacturing engineering into the MES model.
- →Configure and maintain product routings, manufacturing operations, resource models, equipment models, process parameters, quality checkpoints, defect tracking, and material genealogy within Eyelit.
- →Support new product introductions, engineering change implementations, and manufacturing process updates within the MES modelling environment.
- →Evaluate manufacturing workflows and recommend opportunities to improve standardization, traceability, and data integrity.
- →Develop standard work, documentation, training materials, and user guidance supporting MES functionality.
- →Participate in digital manufacturing initiatives supporting factory modernization and operational excellence.
- →Promote standardized modeling practices and governance across multiple manufacturing areas.
