Requirements
~1 min read- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting various manufacturing equipment with a focus on SAI delivery systems, Auto Insertion, Wave Solder, Select Solder, and Surface Mount Technology equipment, including SMT Stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens and board wash.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques and equipment care.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all equipment based on the established PM schedule, ensuring timely completion and preventing overdue maintenance.
- →Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- →Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals to assist with maintenance and repairs.
- →Collaborate with the team to prioritize and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- →Ensure that all equipment is maintained to meet safety and operational standards.
- →Document all maintenance activities, including PMs, repairs, and any actions taken.
- →Work closely with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability.
- →Follow all company safety protocols and adhere to industry best practices.
- →Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies
