Responsibilities

  • →Lead and supervise a team of Assistant Foremen (AFM)/Cell Leaders, Workshop Engineers (WE) & technicians.
  • →Ensure AFM, WE & technicians perform disassembly, inspect, repair and assembly functions associated with modules, parts, components or accessories in our OEM MRO facility.
  • →·Ensure the work carried out on engine parts are done per current approved technical data and standard work processes.
  • →Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
  • →Ensure Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) on equipment is performed on time.
  • →Assist the AFM in their day-to-day operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
  • →Attending Tier1 and 2 meetings.
  • →Comply and adhere to the code of ethics as well as EH&S regulations, standards, requirements and procedures.
  • →Carry out SAP transaction.
  • →Perform cross-functional jobs within the department if required.
  • →Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant engineering disciplines Experience in aircraft engine workshop operations & procedures.
  • 3 years of relevant operation experience and man management in the aerospace industry.
  • Good analytical skills, able to grasp concepts, track and resolve issues quickly.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Solumina.
  • Experience in PW4000 and PW1100 engine model and completed engine type course.
