Requirements
~2 min read- Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience; or an advanced degree and a minimum of 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) concepts and Budget Baseline Management.
- Experience performing cost and schedule analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing or analyzing EACs and/or LREs.
- Experience working independently to plan and complete assigned responsibilities.
- Experience analyzing financial, cost, schedule, or program performance data and documenting findings.
- Experience preparing written reports, presentations, or other program documentation.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Experience managing multiple concurrent assignments, reporting requirements, or program activities.
- Experience using Raytheon financial and program management tools, including APEX, PRISM, or PMX.
- Experience using the Program Management Tool Suite.
- Experience preparing IPMR or CFSR submissions.
- Experience with program cost controls or program finance.
- Experience communicating financial, cost, schedule, or program performance information to management, peers, customers, or other stakeholders.
- Experience preparing and delivering financial or program performance presentations.
- Experience with cost and schedule baseline development, maintenance, and change management.

The position supports program cost controls activities, including Earned Value Management, cost and schedule baseline development and maintenance, variance analysis, financial reporting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) preparation, program funding, and program reporting.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including cost and schedule baseline development, integration, maintenance, variance analysis, and reporting.
- →Prepare Estimates at Completion (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) using established processes, tools, and reports.
- →Coordinate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and program team members regarding cost, schedule, and financial performance.
- →Prepare, review, and submit program reports, including IPMR and CFSR, in accordance with established reporting requirements and schedules.
- →Prepare internal program financial reports and materials for program reviews.
- →Monitor program funding requirements, prepare funding requests, and track funding status.
- →Coordinate financial and program information with applicable functional organizations to support reporting requirements.
- →Complete assigned financial and program control activities in accordance with established deadlines.
