Quality Inspector III (1st Shift)

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience working in an environment governed by AS9100 Quality Management System

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles and basic to intermediate math skills.
• Working knowledge of industry software including Teamcenter, SAP and Net-Inspect.
• Demonstrated high levels of personal and professional integrity, including sound judgment, accountability, and adherence to ethical standards.

As a Quality Inspector III, you will use predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to inspect arriving, in process, and completed products for conformance to engineering requirements and in accordance with quality specifications.

• This is for 1st shift.
• Monday through Friday from 5:00am - 1:30pm.

• →Uses a variety of measuring devices, testing equipment and process control documents to perform inspections of aerospace products.

• →Performs First Article Inspections (FAI) and conformity inspections.

• →Raises notifications of non-conformance, quarantines non-conforming product, and assists in root cause analysis of discrepant product.
• →Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• →Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• →Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• →Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
• →Safety glasses and other safety equipment are required depending on task
• →Maintain quality standards and compliant process documentation
• →Comply with all rules and regulations of Raytheon Technologies, including, but not limited to: Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics, International Trade Compliance and Human Resources

The hourly range for this role is $23.00 to $43.25; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
