Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, or presentations for management review.
Experience analyzing financial data to identify variances, trends, risks, or forecast changes.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in a matrixed organization.
Experience participating in process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Prepare monthly earned value Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR) to meet external Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting requirements.
→Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables.
→Participate in monthly forecast reviews with the Program team and maintain RPlan records.
→Perform cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
→Consolidate invoices from billing organizations for submission to the customer.
→Prepare financial analyses to support reporting and identify financial variances and issues.
→Coordinate program financial activities with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, Program Managers, and Finance personnel.

The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD - 144,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
