Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Onsite)

• Bachelor degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• 5 years of engineering experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in full-stack development using modern web technologies for both frontend and backend applications.
• Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems to support business operations.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
• U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Experience building dashboards or data-driven workflow tools for engineering or operations teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-native frameworks (e.g., Quarkus) for building maintainable backend architectures.
• Experience developing mobile-friendly or multi-platform interfaces (browser and mobile).
• Experience supporting integrations across multiple test, assembly, or validation phases, such as dashboards or discrepancy tracking tools.
• Experience enabling process automation or efficiency-improving features in complex engineering environments.

• Experience deploying and supporting applications in cloud environments.

Join a team dedicated to building and maintaining Pratt & Whitney’s Development Network Application (DNA), a cloud-enabled, full-stack web platform that integrates data from multiple enterprise systems to streamline engine test, assembly, and validation workflows. This role focuses on creating scalable, modern web applications to support critical business operations and improve efficiency across various engineering processes.

• →Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native architectures to support enterprise applications.
• →Develop modern web applications, including frontend and backend components, to enable dashboards, workflow automation, and multi-disciplinary integrations.
• →Implement reliable enterprise data integrations to streamline communication and reduce operational risks.
• →Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
• →Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver features that address program needs and enhance operational transparency.
• →Support the expansion of platform capabilities, including browser-based and mobile-friendly interfaces.
• →Maintain accountability for the quality, performance, and continuous delivery of software solutions.
• →Travel is up to 10%.
