Requirements

Certification or practical knowledge in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimization principles
Proficiency in DraftSight, AutoCAD, or equivalent software
Manufacturing experience
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions

This role will focus on process analysis, layout optimization, and the implementation of lean methodologies to enhance productivity and performance.

Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, line balancing, and ergonomic assessments.

Identify waste, non-value-added activities, and improvement opportunities; implement corrective actions.

Create and maintain value stream maps, process flow diagrams, and standard work documentation.

Lead employee training and mentor team members on process improvements and standard work.

Design and optimize factory layouts using DraftSight or AutoCAD to enhance production flow.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and methodologies.
