Senior Manager Electrical Engineering (Onsite)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

• Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic leader.
• Electrical Engineering experience.
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Experience with Special Access Programs.
• Familiarity with high‑speed digital design.
• Experience with system integration and support.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or similar budget-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with bid, proposal, and earned value methodologies.
• Hardware design experience.

• →Lead the electrical engineering execution for both internally and externally funded programs and IR&D projects, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

• →Oversee all direct line management responsibilities for the section, including communication, performance management, career development, and talent acquisition.
• →Support department-level and SBU-level initiatives.
• →Ensure employee adherence to company policies and procedures.
• →Provide oversight and guidance for personnel issue resolution.
• →Drive innovation strategies through collaboration with internal and external customers and partner organizations across the company.
• →Build and maintain strong internal and external networks, developing relationships across Mission Systems Engineering, General Management, and Operations.
