We are seeking a System Architecture Manager to drive the development of next‑generation architecture and technology supporting advanced aerospace platforms. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role where your technical direction will influence every facet of complex system products across our Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) programs.

As the manager of a talented group of systems engineers, you will drive innovation and execution across the full system development lifecycle—ensuring world‑class architecture solutions from concept through delivery. Your leadership will shape system architecture with emphasis on mechanical integration, thermodynamics, controls, safety, reliability, testability, manufacturability, producibility, and cost.
