Responsibilities

Analyzes data and trends of the entire Value Stream/Business Unit to determine opportunities for improvement.

Along with the functional team, creates and implements a plan to turn the current state map into the future state map using lean techniques.

Executes and coordinates continuous improvement tasks and projects within Value Stream/Business Unit.
- →
Foster project management discipline, providing expertise and support in the intake, initiation, planning, execution, transition and closure of projects, providing support to the Management of Change.

Fosters a sustainable continuous improvement culture (Lean Sigma) to deliver business results by acting as Mentor and Subject Matter Expert on continuous improvement methodologies for the department

Collaborates with local and Corporate’s Continuous Improvement organization

Develops, promotes and coordinates cultural activities with HR, EHS & Quality department for engagement and awareness on Integrated Systems CI mindset.

Coordinates Leadership Week, Lean bootcamp training, monthly trainings, etc.

Participate and supports policy deployment exercises such as x-matrix, risk register, macro plan, among others.

Streamlines processes and operations to allow for growth
- →
Leads project progress meetings and communications for projects owned by this position.

Completes 30-60-90 day reviews after event closures to ensure successful delivery has been achieved.

Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
