Requirements
~3 min read• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• 1+ years experience delivering measurable cost‑reduction results
• 1+ years experience with financial forecasting
• 1+ years experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and supplier‑facing engagements
• Ability to communicate complex cost drivers and insights clearly to leadership
• Background in manufacturing, engineering collaboration, or global sourcing.
• Knowledge of supply‑chain risk management and market‑intelligence practices.
• Data management skills and experience with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc) and Power Point
• A general understanding of Aerospace drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of export/ITC regulations and policies is preferred as well over a basic knowledge of RTX work transfer standard work (COL 0008)
• Technical degree and MBA degree
• 8+ years’ experience in a program management or cost reduction or supply chain role or Mechanical manufacturing in the Aerospace Industry
• Experience with SAP
