At Raytheon, our mission is rooted in our foundational values and a higher calling – supporting our nation and allies in defending freedoms and deterring aggression. The Strategy organization provides enterprise-wide strategic insight, shaping Raytheon’s long-term direction through rigorous internal and external environmental analysis. We assess market, technology, geopolitical, and competitive forces across the full Raytheon portfolio to drive Raytheon-level strategic choices.

We are seeking a Strategy Director to lead strategy development efforts that span the entire Raytheon business, drive clarity on long-range priorities, and influence executive-level decision-making.

Unlike roles tied to specific market segments or corporate development ownership, this position focuses on independent analysis, enterprise strategy formulation, and orchestration of complex strategic initiatives.
