• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with RF testing equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and/or mechanical issues.
• Ability to obtain Interim Confidential U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

• Experience preparing and executing procedures.
• Experience troubleshooting systems using general test equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information.
• Familiarity with National Instruments (NI) software tools, such as LabVIEW, TestStand, and NI MAX.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

In this role, you will support the 1st shift production floor of CCM High Mix area in a test engineering capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.

• →Interact with Test Operators, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, and operations staff to support production testing, requiring effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• →Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support production testing.
• →Assist with troubleshooting failures on CCAs by performing data analysis and visual inspections.
• →Identify trends in defects and collaborate with the appropriate teams to resolve issues in a timely manner to prevent future build process defects.
• →May participate in new test set builds.
• →Support test equipment coordination between internal customers.
• →Maintain and improve production test procedures as well as provide inputs on production procedures across the production floor.
• →Contribute to the integration of process improvements into production workflows.
