As the ad operations manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing Adcities' advertising campaigns, implementing our ad manager platform utilities, and supervising campaign performance KPIs.
What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in ad operations, account management, or technical campaign management within digital media or AdTech.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Campaign planning: lead the planning and execution of campaigns focusing on our contextual targeting capabilities.
- →Demand-side relations: act as the direct interlocutor for agencies and clients to implement campaigns closed by the sales team.
- →Supply-side operations: coordinate and manage relationships with media owners (OOH specialists, retail supports, etc.) to ensure correct campaign execution and inventory availability.
- →Document management: oversee key documentation for campaign coordination, including budgets, purchase orders (POs), technical specifications, and final creative assets.
- →End-to-end monitoring: control the full lifecycle of the campaign, ensuring correct data reconciliation for billing and payment management upon completion.
- →Analysis & reporting: support the sales team in presenting post-campaign reports, analyzing results, and verifying the fulfillment of established KPIs.
- →Tech stack management: efficiently manage our operations tools holded (Financial ERP), Adcities ad manager (proprietary technology), and Jira (project management).
- →International communication: maintain constant interaction with our global engineering and product teams to ensure technical alignment across time zones.
- →Operational efficiency: proactively seek process automation and alternative solutions to improve workflow autonomy.
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in ad operations, account management, or technical campaign management within digital media or AdTech.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, contextual, measurement) and OOH/DOOH market dynamics.
- Technical proficiency: experience managing technical integrations and working alongside engineering or product teams.
- Analytical mindset: excellent analytical skills, comfortable with performance data and reporting.
- Communication: fluent in English. Arabic language is a plus.
- Soft skills: highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have

- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with the MENA OOH/DOOH media landscape and key local publishers
- Existing network within the French media agencies or brands
