Administer, analyze, and appraise care provided within the Labor & Delivery unit. Advise hospital management regarding patient care status, budget projections, and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements Summary

35 years of recent (within the last year) Acute Care L&D leadership experience. Current RN license in Texas. BCLS certification and Medication Learning Module completion. NRP certification within 6 months of hire.

Administer, analyze, and appraise care provided within the Labor & Delivery unit.

Advise hospital management regarding patient care status, budget projections, and quality improvement initiatives.

Anticipate and plan for future departmental needs to improve patient care outcomes.

Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff, promoting clinical competence and professional development.

Collaborate and coordinate the efforts of the department to accomplish organizational goals and mission.

Support the implementation of hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
