Responsibilities

Perform X-rays as ordered by the provider, following ALARA radiation safety practices.

Prepare and transmit images to the radiologist for review.
- →
Room patients, including taking and recording vital signs and patient history.
- →
Assist patients and providers with walking, transfers, specimen collection, exam preparation, and other needs.
- →
Maintain cleanliness and adequate supplies in rooms.
- →
Transport patients as needed.
Requirements

No experience required new graduates are welcome.

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

Accredited by ARRT.

Licensed by the state of Florida.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
