As a Progressive Care/Cardiac Telemetry RN, youll be part of a unit that manages patients with CHF, Afib, chronic renal failure, and other complex comorbidities without ICU/PCU level requirements. This role offers diverse clinical experience in a structured, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population

Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage chronic cardiac/renal medical conditions
→
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider
→
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and safe discharges
→
Document all assessments, interventions, and care activities thoroughly and timely
→
Educate patients and families on condition management and follow-up care ‍‍

Average length of stay: 5 days

Current nurse-to-patient ratio: 6:1 (transitioning to 5:1)

$15,000 for Night Shift
️ 2% paid on first or second paycheck; remaining paid in 6-month increments
