If you thrive in high-acuity settings and are passionate about cardiac care, this is a golden opportunity to make an impact and grow in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Stepdown RN, you'll be at the forefront of intermediate care, treating patients with complex cardiac needs like Afib, RVR, and pre/post-cath procedures. All patients are on telemetry, and youll manage a wide range of drips (non-titrating).

Responsibilities
~1 min read $15,000 Night Shift
2% paid on first/second paycheck; balance in 6-month increments
