As an RN on the Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg Unit, youll deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that aligns with state regulations and organizational standards. You will partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patientsespecially those with complex cardiac needs.

  Assess and monitor patient condition during each shift and on admission

  Administer medications, monitor responses, and take action when needed

• →

  Perform ordered procedures and ensure timely documentation in the EMR

• →

  Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, medications, and follow-up care

• →

  Serve as an advocate for patients and ensure a safe, healing environment

• →

  Translate complex medical terms to ensure patient and caregiver understanding

• $29/hr (2 years of experience)

• $33.71/hr (5 years)

• Up to $43/hr (17+ years)

• Nights: +$4.25/hr

• Weekends: +$3/hr
