• Required: Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting (Manager or full-time Charge Nurse or equivalent).

• Required: Strong background in Medical-Surgical nursing or related acute care leadership experience.

• Active RN license in the state of residence/practice (current and unrestricted).

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

• Additional certifications as required by state regulations or facility policy.

• Proven leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong operational and clinical decision-making abilities.

• Ability to serve as a mentor and advocate for nursing professionalism.

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.

• Experience: 25+ years in hospital leadership

• Seniority Level: Director

• Education Level: Masters Degree required

• Management Experience: Required

• Willingness to Travel: Occasional
