As the RN Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the Medical Telemetry unit (3236 beds), collaborating closely with the Director of Nursing and Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs). This role is essential in guiding nursing staff, optimizing care delivery, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Youll serve as a mentor, resource, and role modelensuring exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

  Lead and manage daily operations of the Medical Telemetry unit, including staffing, resource allocation, and workflow coordination

  Drive nursing excellence through effective leadership, coaching, and team development

  Monitor patient care processes to ensure high-quality, evidence-based nursing practices

  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and throughput

  Support staff education, competency validation, and professional development

  Engage in quality improvement initiatives and performance metric monitoring

  Act as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital leadership

  Ensure compliance with Florida Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and regulatory standards
