Service Technician II/III - HVAC Specialist

As a Service Technician II/III, you will:

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Support installation and commissioning of new systems as needed.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and parts usage logs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing both the client company and Global Placement Firm with professionalism.

• →Service, repair, and maintain commercial and light industrial HVAC systems.
• →Identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective solutions.
• →Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
• →Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
• →Participate in on-call rotations as required for after-hours or emergency service.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools.
Professionalism: Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to service quality.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Adaptability: Comfortable working independently or within a team in dynamic field environments.

• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential environments.
• Proficiency in diagnostics, maintenance, and system optimization.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse field conditions.
