Customer Advisor

Globbing is looking for a Customer Advisor who will work at our Service Center, providing the best quality service to our clients. Please note that there are two shifts - 9:30-18:30 and 13:00-22:00. Identify customer needs and answer customer queries Introduce the services provided by the company Assist customers with creating virtual accounts with the company and making online purchases Explain features, advantages and benefits of the services offered by the company Accept cash and credit card payments made by customers Conduct cross sales activities by offering alternative and supplementing products to customers based on customer needs Assist customers to pick up their received orders Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree 1 year of related experience Fluent in English, Russian and Armenian Knowledge of Microsoft Office Friendly and engaging personality Be comfortable working with customers Be confident, helpful and polite Be able to work as part of a team Be creative and proactive in generating new ideas and initiatives for improvements Be honest and hardworking Knowledge of Internet Search Engines
