• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value and impact.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions.

• Customer Experience & Optimization: Improve CSAT scores and reduce support tickets by enhancing UX/UI and addressing customer feedback.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with lending regulations in coordination with internal Mynt teams.

• Ecosystem Expansion: Support the growth of Embedded Lending by integrating with new networks and platforms.
