Plant Superintendent - Second Shift

The Plant Superintendent is responsible for leading and overseeing plant operations to ensure optimal performance. This person provides leadership for production, scheduling, logistics, and maintenance to support operational excellence and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the team and delegate responsibilities to the qualified personnel to ensure safe and efficient fabrication
• Coordinate with Planning and Scheduling to develop, execute, and maintain production schedules while ensuring resources are available and labor costs are within budget
• Collaborate with the construction management teams to determine strategic coordination of deliveries to ensure the execution of the erection plan
• Oversee maintenance of all equipment and facilities to follow set maintenance schedules

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of steel fabrication experience
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline preferred
• Must have experience with Microsoft Suite, full computer literacy
• Proficient in Tekla EPM
• AWS D1.1 certified
• Prolonged periods of standing/walking
• Ability to lift/carry up to fifty (50) pounds

Salary:

• $95,000 - $120,000/year
• Dependent upon experience
• Eligibility for performance bonuses

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 4 PM – 2 AM
• Work schedule flexibility is required
