Associate Producer

JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

DESCRIPTION

Support the Producer team in running a Love Island and Big Brother style unscripted series. You keep the machine organized across house coverage, tasks, ceremonies, and confessionals, making sure every department is aligned, paperwork is clean, and comms stay tight. You move fast without losing control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support planning, scheduling, and day to day coordination across house, challenges, tasks, ceremonies, and interviews

2. Maintain key production documents: call sheets, one liners, schedules, contact grids, releases, reports

3. Coordinate communication between Story, Casting, Talent, Operations, and Technical teams with clear follow ups

4. Track milestones: casting locks, prepro lock points, shoot blocks, post handoffs, delivery checklists

5. Assist with expense tracking, petty cash logs, and cost report inputs for Line Producer

6. Support casting operations: interview logistics, candidate tracking, background checks, confidentiality steps

7. Provide on set support for ceremonies and challenge days, including run of show coordination

8. Manage Production Assistants and assign daily tasks with accountability

9. Coordinate post needs: pickups, notes routing, approvals tracking, music cue requests, final delivery packaging support

10. Maintain a clean, searchable file system for the entire project

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience as AP, Production Coordinator, or similar role in TV or digital production

2. Strong organization, multitasking, and problem solving in fast paced environments

3. Strong written and verbal communication

4. Working knowledge of pre to post workflows

5. Comfortable with long days and shifting priorities
