Responsibilities

→ Maintain accurate financial records for development and production projects
→ Prepare production budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts
→ Track production spend, cash flow , and vendor payments Process invoices, contracts, and talent payments in coordination with production teams
→ Ensure compliance with financial policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
→ Assist in audits, funding reconciliations, and investor or broadcaster reporting
→ Support financial planning for new formats, co-productions, and international projects
→ Coordinate with producers, line producers, and external accountants
→ Monitor cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience in finance or accounting; production or media industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
