Production Assistant

JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

DESCRIPTION: To support the production team especially the Production Manager in the planning, execution, and wrap-up of any production projects. This position is essential to keeping productions organized, on schedule, and running smoothly through hands-on assistance, coordination, and problem solving.

PROJECT: Full-time/ Inhouse

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Production Manager with day to day production tasks.
2. Help set-up, operate, and break down production equipment and sets.
3. Distribute call sheets, schedules, scripts, and other production materials.
4. Coordinate logistics such as transportation, meals, and location support.
5. Manager paperwork, releases, and basic administrative production duties.
6. Run errands and provide general on-set support as needed.
7. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
8. Communicate clearly with production staff, crew, cast, and external partners.
9. Assist during pre-production, production, and post-production phases of a project.

Qualifications:

1. College graduate with a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Communication or Film, or a related discipline.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
4. Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
5. Willingness to perform a wide range of tasks, including physical labor
6. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
7. Flexible schedule may involve long working hours during production shoots
