Business Insights Analyst - Safety

• Analytical Problem Solving: Organizes data, identifies patterns, investigates causes, and recommends clear next steps.
• Business Partnership: Builds trust with stakeholders by asking thoughtful questions, understanding business needs, and communicating insights simply.
• AI and Data Fluency: Uses data, dashboards, and AI tools responsibly to improve analysis, reporting, and decision support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• Foundational experience analyzing data through coursework, internships, projects, or early-career work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic data cleaning.
• Basic understanding of business intelligence, reporting, data visualization, and performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Delivers accurate, timely, and useful insights that support better business decisions.
• Identifies meaningful opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, customer experience, or business outcomes.
• Builds credibility as a trusted, responsive, and solutions-oriented business partner.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
