CDL School Bus Driver - Full Time

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? 

➡️ Earn a $10,000 Sign On Bonus (new Beacon Mobility employees only) 

• Pay: Up to $35/hour  

• Paid Training: $20/hour 

• Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour 

• Schedule: Split shift (AM/PM), 30+ hours per week

• Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays 

• Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours 

• Paid CDL training — no experience required

• →Must be willing to service a route at any location within driving distance of home location. 
• →Safely transport students to and from school and events 

• →Drive assigned local routes 

• →Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections 

• →Maintain a clean, safe vehicle 

• →Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff 

• →Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies 

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements 
  (or willingness to obtain — we train!) 

• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one 

• Safe driving record 

• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience 

• Ability to pass background check & drug screening 

• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
