Dispatcher

• Tuesday - Thursday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Friday - Saturday: 2:30 PM - 12:00 AM

• →Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently and effectively
• →Monitor and adjust routes to maximize performance and service quality
• →Communicate with drivers throughout their shifts to ensure operational success
• →Act as the primary point of contact for driver support and assistance
• →Resolve customer service concerns and operational issues in a professional manner
• →Manage critical incidents, service disruptions, and real-time operational challenges
• →Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including: On-time performance Appointment adherence Passenger onboard time Route efficiency
• →Collaborate with supervisors and operational leaders to ensure service goals are met
• →Maintain accurate records and documentation related to daily operations

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatching software
• Ability to multitask and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during service disruptions or emergencies
• Transportation, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience preferred
• Commitment to providing safe, reliable, and caring service
