Transportation Dispatcher

• →Operate the dispatch hotline: answer calls, record messages, and log all call details accurately
• →Serve as the primary contact for drivers during active routes
• →Collect and communicate information regarding accidents, incidents, emergencies, or vehicle issues
• →Distribute keys and tablets; check driver readiness, uniforms, and document activity in the dispatch log
• →Support safe, on-time transportation operations across all routes

• Ability to stay calm, focused, and effective under pressure
• Strong geographical knowledge of Reading, PA and surrounding areas
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Strong team mindset — “It takes all of us to deliver the perfect trip.”

• Valid Driver’s License (held 3+ years)
• 25 years or older
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test
