Regional Experience / Facilities Manager - EMEA

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

• →Lead, coach and develop workplace team members across EMEA, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of ownership, collaboration and service excellence.
• →Own workplace service delivery for Belgrade while providing leadership and operational oversight across assigned EMEA locations.
• →Oversee vendor performance, contracts, budgets and regional operational delivery, identifying risks and opportunities to improve service consistency.
• →Partner across HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Safety & Security, Real Estate and other teams to support workplace projects, operational changes and site requirements.
• →Support workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness and compliance while maintaining effective documentation, systems and operational processes.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in workplace operations, employee experience, facilities management or a closely related environment.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports, with evidence of coaching, developing and creating accountability within a team.
• Experience overseeing workplace or facilities services across multiple locations or complex operating environments.
• Experience building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and managing vendors, contracts, budgets or service delivery.
• Demonstrated judgement and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess risk, prioritise competing requirements and make effective operational decisions.

• Experience supporting workplace operations across multiple countries or within EMEA.
• Experience working across different workplace models, cultures and regulatory environments.
• Exposure to workplace safety, security, emergency preparedness or regulatory compliance.
• Experience using workplace systems, data, documentation or reporting to improve consistency and decision-making.
