• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and visualization.

• Experience developing management reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working with multiple data sources and large datasets.

• Experience with Power BI or another business intelligence/data visualization platform.

• Experience using SQL or other data querying tools.

• Experience with ERP, POS, HRIS, CRM, or other business systems.

• Experience working within a retail, distribution, logistics, financial, or shared-services environment.

• Certification or formal training in data analytics, Power BI, SQL, or business intelligence.
