• →Assess customer needs, recommend solutions to enhance profitability, coordinate and monitor shipments.
• →Provide consistent customer follow-up and build strong client relationships while maintaining awareness of competitor activity.
• →To prepare all the requested documents related to the ships
• →Perform sales visits regarding maintenance, targeted, and newly assigned accounts.
• →Develop and maintain allocated accounts and update customer database information where applicable.
• →To prepare reports as needed.

· Associate degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the marketing industry or customer service.

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer relations skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with a good sense of when to seek guidance
• Customer-oriented with excellent selling skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and effectively handle volatile situations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and could travel throughout St. Vincent to meet with existing and potential clients.
