We need an English-fluent Shopify Store Specialist- (E-commerce expert), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities

Follow up with customers to drive repeat orders, and manage product reviews and post-purchase communication.

Plan and run email campaigns that support retention, promotions, and new product launches.

Create new product listings, and update titles, descriptions, prices, and variants such as size, color, and yardage.

Upload and update product images, and keep every listing clean, consistent, and on-brand.
→
Monitor inventory daily, and fix out-of-stock, incorrect, or broken listings.

Handle daily store tasks, including organizing collections, setting up discount codes, and updating homepage and promo banners.

Keep the catalog organized so customers can find products easily across a large SKU and variant count.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience with the Shopify admin, including products, variants, collections, discounts, and inventory.
Background in e-commerce operations or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a large product catalog.
Organized and reliable with recurring daily tasks.

Nice to Have

Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.
Experience with Shopify review, loyalty, or rewards apps.
Experience with fabric, craft, apparel, or home goods stores.
