Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

Serve as a day-to-day client contact, managing routine communication, follow-ups, and requests with minimal oversight

Build strong working relationships through consistent, reliable execution and communication

Lead portions of client meetings (status updates, reporting walk-throughs) with support from senior team members

Ensure all client deliverables and requests are clearly communicated and followed through, even as priorities shift

5+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or related field
Agency experience preferred
Working knowledge of paid media (search, social, programmatic, traditional) preferred
Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and client relationships
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to stay organized and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments
Clear and confident communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyze data and identify meaningful insights (with guidance)
Working knowledge of marketing KPIs and performance drivers
Strong attention to detail and accountability for assigned work
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a calm, problem-solving approach under pressure
