GoFundMe is the world’s most powerful community for good, dedicated to helping people help each other. By uniting individuals and nonprofits in one place, GoFundMe makes it easy and safe for people to ask for help and support causes—for themselves and each other. Together, our community has raised more than $40 billion since 2010.

Join us! GoFundMe is looking for a strategic and operationally exceptional leader to help operate and scale our Marketing programs and org.

As GoFundMe evolves, Marketing plays a critical role in driving participation, building brand meaning, helping nonprofits grow their impact, and accelerating business performance. Achieving that vision requires more than great strategy, it requires world-class execution.

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Marketing Programs & Operations to serve as the strategic and operational backbone of the Marketing organization. This leader will drive planning, prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, organizational effectiveness and cross-functional execution while serving as a trusted partner to the SVP of Marketing and Marketing Leadership Team.

This leader will also manage and develop a high-performing team responsible for advancing Marketing’s strategic priorities, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.

The role combines elements of strategy, operations and program management responsibilities to help build a high-performing marketing organization capable of delivering measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and builder, someone who thrives in complexity, creates clarity from ambiguity and knows how to transform ambitious plans into operational reality.

Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. There will be an in-office requirement of 3x a week.
