Experience:
- Supervising: 2 year
- Aquatics: 1 year
- Sales & Service: 1 year
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Reputable leadership and supervising experience
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with children
- High energy
- Must pass background examinations prior to training
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the swim lessons and aquatics team on shift
- Coach to provide extraordinary lessons
- Oversee the aquatics systems
- Uphold the Aquatics Values and Standards
- Ensure student progress and satisfaction
- Sales & Service

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
