Noise is looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly ownership-driven Performance & Growth Marketing leader to own and scale the growth engine of our D2C business (gonoise.com). This is a step up from pure campaign execution — you will set the strategy, own the P&L levers of paid media, build the growth roadmap across the funnel, and lead a small team to hit aggressive acquisition and revenue targets. We follow a performance-driven culture full of freedom and fun, and we want someone who lives and breathes numbers while shaping how a leading consumer brand grows online.
What You'll Own
- Own the D2C growth P&L. Drive revenue, new-customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, and blended efficiency across the full paid ecosystem — Meta, Google, and emerging channels — with full accountability for spend and outcomes.
- Set the growth strategy. Build and own the quarterly growth roadmap across the funnel — acquisition, conversion, and retention — balancing scale with efficiency and defining where and how we invest budget.
- Lead and mentor a team. Manage a small team of performance marketers and channel specialists; set goals, review performance, and raise the analytical bar across the function.
- Architect creative and testing strategy. Partner with design and content teams to ideate, test, and scale breakthrough creative concepts across multiple product lines, backed by a rigorous experimentation framework.
- Drive full-funnel CRO. Own landing page and on-site conversion optimization using heat maps, session recordings, cohort data, and structured A/B testing to systematically lift conversion rate.
- Build the measurement layer. Define KPIs, build dashboards, and own attribution, incrementality, and MMM thinking so decisions are grounded in data, not guesswork.
- Report to leadership. Deliver crisp weekly and monthly performance readouts to senior leadership with clear insights, trade-offs, and recommendations on where to double down.
- Manage budgets at scale. Allocate and optimize monthly ad budgets in the multi-crore range, forecasting spend against revenue targets and reallocating dynamically to maximize return.
The Ideal Noisemaker
- 6-8 years of performance and growth marketing experience, ideally in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads at scale, with a minimum monthly budget ownership of 3Cr+.
- Deeply analytical — fluent in unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin) and comfortable turning large data sets into clear decisions. Strong Excel/Sheets; SQL or dashboarding tools (Looker, GA4, Power BI) a plus.
- Proven track record of scaling paid channels profitably and building repeatable growth playbooks.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team, with the maturity to own outcomes end-to-end and drive cross-functional alignment with design, content, and product.
- Strong consumer mindset — you understand user personas, experience, and personalized marketing.
- A structured problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and produces results with minimal hand-holding.
- Strong cultural and pop-culture awareness, plugged into day-to-day industry trends.
- Brownie points for experience in Consumer Electronics or high-velocity D2C brands.
At Noise, growth is a team sport. If you want to own a fast-scaling D2C growth engine and build the playbook others follow — let's talk.
