About the role:

As a UI/UX Designer you will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. You’ll have the chance to make an impact across all end users of the web and mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead user interface design for mobile applications at Noise.

• Quickly visualize and prototype design concepts through mood boards, hi-fidelity mockups, visual comps, and animations, effectively communicating design ideas and direction.

• Develop cohesive, elegant visual design systems and UI patterns, from conceptualization through final execution.

• Champion Noise’s visual identity ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms and touchpoints.

• Clearly articulate visual design challenges and craft effective, user-centric solutions aligned with business goals.

• Efficiently iterate on designs based on feedback to deliver high-quality, visually compelling outcomes within tight timelines.

• Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure seamless implementation.

• Manage and prioritize multiple visual design projects simultaneously, consistently balancing quality and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 7+ years designing high-impact consumer web and mobile application design.

• A formal education in Design from a reputed university.

• A drive for excellence; an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create.

• Exceptional skills in UI design, complemented by solid UX fundamentals.

• Strong proficiency in rapid prototyping and visualization tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

• In-depth knowledge of modern UI trends and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present design ideas and rationale.

• Ability to efficiently integrate constructive feedback into final designs.

• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.

• Strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior and design trends.

• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong presentation and influencing skills.

• A strong balance between idealism and pragmatism in thought and action

• Being a thought leader when it comes to user experience and design in general

• An online portfolio of professional work is required.
