Make sure assignments are finished on time and goals are met, as set by the Director of Store Planning and Optimization
Tag and sort products into black containers and move them to the designated location
Check products for damage as quality assurance
Keep accurate production counts and meet goals for each project or assignment
Keep up with brand names, maker's marks, vintage items, and price points
Give your supervisor daily updates on operations, staffing, and issues that need attention
Train new team members in their positions, and work with your supervisor to give the team formal feedback
Keep a smooth, efficient workflow for all staff throughout the shift
Keep the processing area neat and clean
Operate tow motors and other material-handling equipment safely
Follow all safety policies

High school diploma or GED required
Good people skills
Knowledge of merchandise such as name brand, antiques, vintage, and collectibles
Able to identify different shades and tones of color
Computer experience preferred
Tow motor certification through Goodwill, and the ability to safely operate all related material-handling equipment
