Depuis près de 15 ans, notre mission est claire : transformer les communications pour protéger les vies humaines.

Nous concevons et fabriquons localement des solutions de communication tactiques et stratégiques pour la Défense et les forces spéciales de police. Nos produits interconnectent des systèmes incompatibles pour permettre une opérabilité immédiate sur le terrain.

 

Tu contribueras à concevoir, développer et faire évoluer les composants logiciels qui permettent à nos produits d’établir et de gérer des communications fiables, performantes et sécurisées.

Tu travailleras notamment avec notre serveur de téléphonie IP et ses différents protocoles. Ton rôle combinera développement logiciel, intégration de systèmes et résolution de problèmes techniques complexes.

 

  • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des modules logiciels liés à la téléphonie IP.
  • Participer à l’évolution des plateformes et des solutions de communication.
  • Développer des services, des API et des outils d’intégration avec des systèmes tiers.
  • Travailler avec les protocoles SIP et RTP.
  • Diagnostiquer les problèmes liés aux appels, à la signalisation et à la qualité audio.
  • Analyser des traces réseau afin d’identifier les anomalies.
  • Développer et exécuter des tests unitaires et d’intégration.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, d’assurance qualité et de soutien technique.
  • Documenter les solutions et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des pratiques

 

  • Tu détiens un DEC ou un diplôme universitaire en informatique, en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Tu possèdes environ 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement logiciel.
  • Tu as de l’expérience en développement de solutions basées sur Asterisk et/ou FreePBX.
  • Tu as une bonne compréhension des protocoles SIP, AS-SIP et RTP.
  • Tu as déjà travaillé avec les environnements Unix/Linux.
  • Tu maîtrises au moins un des langages suivants : PHP, Python, C/C++, JavaScript ou Shell.
  • Tu as une bonne capacité d’analyse, de débogage et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Tu te décris comme une personne autonome, rigoureux(euse) et ayant un fort esprit de collaboration.
  • Tu es bilingue français-anglais.

 

  • Sécurité VoIP : TLS, SRTP et authentification SIP.
  • CI/CD, Docker ou Kubernetes.
  • Expérience en environnement Agile.
  • Connaissance des communications unifiées.

You will contribute to the design, development, and ongoing evolution of the software components that enable our products to establish and manage reliable, high-performance, and secure communications.

You will work primarily with our IP telephony server and its various protocols. Your role will combine software development, systems integration, and the resolution of complex technical issues.

 

Responsibilities

  • →Design, develop, and maintain software modules related to IP telephony.
  • →Contribute to the evolution of our communication platforms and solutions.
  • →Develop services, APIs, and integration tools for third-party systems.
  • →Work with SIP and RTP protocols.
  • →Diagnose issues related to calls, signalling, and audio quality.
  • →Analyze network traces to identify anomalies.
  • →Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
  • →Collaborate with the software development, quality assurance, and technical support teams.
  • →Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.

 

  • You have a college diploma or university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • You have approximately 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
  • You have experience developing solutions using Asterisk and/or FreePBX.
  • You have a strong understanding of SIP, AS-SIP, and RTP protocols.
  • You have experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
  • You are proficient in at least one of the following languages: PHP, Python, C/C++, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
  • You have strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
  • You are bilingual in French and English.

 

  • Knowledge of VoIP security, including TLS, SRTP, and SIP authentication.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of unified communications.
