At GotPhoto you join a company that is advanced in its AI journey. You work with peers across Product, Tech, Design and Data who speak your language. You build automations that your colleagues use every day, and you grow with the scope as it expands.

In your initial phase, you will combine strategic project ownership with AI workflow automation. You will gather a long list of potential use cases with the team, prioritize them using clear impact metrics, and dive straight into two key anchor projects:

As you establish our AI design pipelines, maintain the rebuilt website, and master our marketing stack, your role will expand along a dedicated growth trajectory:

• Hands-on experience building AI automations in a professional setting, typically 1 to 2 years.

• Proof that you ship: you can show us at least one automation you built end-to-end, describe the impact and explain how it handles errors.

• Experience running a website is a plus: publishing and updating content in a CMS

• Experience in SEO/GEO or CRO optimization is a plus

• Experience in a high-growth environment where you built with limited documentation is a plus.

• Strong working expertise with Claude, including building use cases beyond prompting.

• Workflow automation with n8n or a comparable tool such as Make or Zapier.

• API integration: REST, webhooks and authentication.

• Accuracy and safety: you build checks, logging and review steps into every automation.

• Working knowledge of MCP, GitHub and basic JavaScript or Python is a plus.

• The Owner: you take full accountability for your projects, from the first workflow to the final output.

• The Experimentalist: you enjoy figuring things out when there is no manual.

• The Quality Advocate: you prefer a robust, lasting solution over a quick one-off hack.

• English spoken and written. German is a plus.
