Key Responsibilities: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas. Clean and maintain office buildings and common areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces. Perform floor care duties, including buffing and polishing floors. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of commercial janitorial or office cleaning experience required. Experience with mopping, floor cleaning, and floor buffing required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
