Operations Accountant

• →Daily maintenance of journal entries related to payroll, expenses, accruals, and other routine transactions, including processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
• →Provide client service across a range of matters, including transaction recording and analysis, reconciliations, and preparation of financial workpaper packages.
• →Prepare and/or review cash reporting and execute payments via wire and check.
• →Maintain accurate client and investor wiring instructions across multiple entities.
• →Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including bank account reconciliations.
• →Assist in the coordination of annual tax packages.
• →Prepare and oversee semi-monthly payrolls using third-party vendors.
• →Prepare and review quarterly accounts receivable invoices.
• →Additional responsibilities may arise based on business need.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
• 0-2 years of experience, Internships included
• Strong knowledge of industry and accounting principles, US GAAP Expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
