We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Import-Export Executive to join our dynamic operations team in Sri Lanka.

If you have a strong eye for logistics documentation, a Custom House Agent (CHA) Certificate, and a passion for international trade compliance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Handle CUSDEC processing for import and export documentation.
→
Manage Bills of Lading (B/L), Air Waybills (AWB), Delivery Orders (DO), and cargo manifests.
→
Coordinate BOI approvals, import control licenses, and Certificates of Origin (COO).
→
Process Temporary Import for Export Processing (TIEP), temporary imports, and re-export procedures.

→
A valid Custom House Agent (CHA) Certificate.
→
Solid knowledge of Sri Lanka Customs procedures, BOI regulations, and duty/tax calculations.
→
Proficiency in ASYCUDA World, online customs portals, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
→
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to keep our supply chain moving seamlessly.
